Press "Start drawing my plan", then enter your name, email and password on the Sign up tab. Your plans are waiting for you wherever you sign in to your account.
Plan name, width and depth (m), wall thickness (cm). Choose "Building shell" and the outer walls come ready; for fully freehand drawing, pick "Blank page".
Pick the wall tool with W: click a point, point the direction, type the length, Enter. Once rooms are closed, select them and name them. K for door, P for window: click a wall and the opening is cut; width and swing direction are in the right panel.
Grab an object from the 03 Furniture tab and drop it on the plan. Rotate 15° with R, change its size to match your own furniture in the right panel, duplicate with Ctrl+D. The layout check flags any object that blocks a door, overlaps or narrows a passage on its own.
Fit to screen with F, toggle dimensions with L; the summary in the right panel gives the total area and the number of rooms and doors. Your work is saved automatically; for a backup, download a .json with Ctrl+S.
The "PNG" button gives you a high-resolution image; put it in a listing, send it to the family group, show it to your builder. The "should the bed go this way or that way" debate ends with one image. Scaled PDF is on the Plus plan.

In a new plan, choose "Lot boundary" or pick the parcel tool with A; type in the side lengths. The parcel area is calculated in m²; mark the building setback line with a dimension line, and the shell stays inside it.
Draw the outer walls inside the parcel; thickness is between 5 and 60 cm, 20 cm by default. Once the shell is closed, the gross area shows in the right panel. For a multi-storey building, use "Add floor" in the floor bar; while you draw the upper floor, the one below shows underneath as a trace, and you can copy its shell in one click.
Draw interior walls with W; the chain keeps going until you press Esc. Select the enclosed area and give it a name and flooring. Area in m² and perimeter in m go into the quantity take-off.
K for door, P for window: click a wall and the opening is cut. Set width, position on the wall, swing direction and hinge side in the right panel; door types (sliding, pocket, folding, double) and window types (casement pair, sliding, fixed, hopper, bay) are on the Plus plan.
Drag an object from the 03 Furniture tab, rotate it with R, change its size in the right panel. Passages 60 cm, 75 cm around tables, door swings clear: the layout check marks any missing clearance on the plan. This is where the bedhead and the counter get their place; the services follow from that.
In the 04 Services tab, drop symbols according to the furniture: a socket by the nightstand, a double socket above the counter, a switch on the handle side of the door. Place the distribution board, run the circuits from the board to the rooms; type the heights in the right panel.
Each circuit's power is summed from its symbols; current, recommended breaker (B10, B16, B20…), cable size and voltage drop by run length are calculated. An overloaded circuit lights up red on the plan, and the breaker list goes into the MEP sheet.
Walls, doors, windows, rooms and services elements are mapped to IFC classes; you enter properties such as material, thickness and height. The quantity take-off (m, m², m³) is generated automatically; clash detection flags a socket that lands in a door opening, a circuit running through a column or furniture pushing into a wall.
Switch to 3D from the top bar: in the isometric view, check what's in front of windows, socket heights and the tops of cabinets. Perspective is on Plus, the interior walkthrough on Pro; when you spot a problem, go back to 2D and fix it, and 3D updates instantly.
Your work is saved automatically. Ctrl+S saves right away, Ctrl+Shift+S downloads a .json backup; keep revisions as separate projects or with Duplicate in My account. Once the server is connected, teams on the Pro plan will work on the same plan in real time.
PNG on every plan. Scaled PDF (1:50, 1:100) on Plus; DXF, quantity schedule, MEP sheet and breaker list on Pro; IFC and simulation report on Ultimate. The PDF goes to the client, the DXF to the contractor, the IFC to the BIM team.

No; you can switch between tabs however you like. The order is a suggestion: you can't place furniture without knowing the walls, or sockets without knowing the furniture.

Yes. Your projects are stored in your account on our servers; sign in with the same account on another device and you pick up where you left off. For a backup, you can also download the project file (.json) from the Save menu.
Length inputs are in centimeters. In the view settings you can show dimensions in meters, centimeters, or feet and inches; areas are shown in m².
