Article 3 — Subscription price and terms
- The subscription price is the amount, including all taxes, shown on the Plans and Pricing page and in the order summary at the time of order.
- A monthly subscription is paid in advance for a one-month term, and a yearly subscription for a twelve-month term. The discount applied to the yearly subscription is shown in the order summary.
- The Seller may change prices prospectively. A change does not affect a term already paid for; the new price applies from the next renewal and is notified to the Buyer by email at least [NOTICE PERIOD — e.g. 30 days] before the renewal. If the Buyer does not accept the new price, the Buyer may cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
Article 4 — Automatic renewal
- Unless cancelled by the Buyer, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each term for the same duration, and the renewal price is charged to the registered payment method. At the time of order, the Buyer consents to the payment method being stored for renewals; card details are stored by the payment institution.
- For yearly subscriptions, a reminder email is sent to the Buyer at least [REMINDER PERIOD — e.g. 7 days] before the renewal date.
- The Buyer may turn off automatic renewal at any time under My account › My plan, in a way as easy as placing the order. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current term.
- If the renewal payment cannot be collected, the Seller may retry the charge for [RETRY PERIOD — e.g. 7 days]; at the end of this period, the account is moved to the Free plan. Plans are not deleted.
Article 5 — Payment and invoicing
- Payments are collected through the infrastructure of the payment institution [PAYMENT INSTITUTION], operating under Law No. 6493. Card details are neither seen nor stored by the Seller.
- For each payment, an invoice compliant with tax legislation (e-archive invoice or e-invoice) is issued and sent to the Buyer's registered email address. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing information.
- Erroneous or duplicate charges caused by the bank or payment institution are refunded in accordance with the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
Article 6 — Performance
- The service is activated on the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed. The activation details and a copy of this agreement are sent to the Buyer by email.
- The Seller is obliged to provide the service in accordance with the Terms of Use throughout the subscription term. Scheduled maintenance and brief interruptions beyond the Seller's control do not constitute a failure of performance.
- If performance of the service becomes impossible for reasons attributable to the Seller, the Seller shall notify the Buyer within three days of becoming aware of the situation and shall refund the price paid, pro rata to the unused period, within fourteen days at the latest.
Article 7 — Right of withdrawal and exception
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of the date it is concluded, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
However, under subparagraph (ğ) of the first paragraph of Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form, nor, under subparagraph (h), for contracts concerning services whose performance begins with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires. A Nodaform subscription is a digital service activated on your account instantly upon payment confirmation. Therefore, the following consent is obtained from the Buyer separately and expressly at the time of order:
This consent box is not presented pre-ticked. If the Buyer does not give this consent, the start of the service [OPTION APPLIED IF CONSENT IS NOT GIVEN — e.g. is postponed until the end of the withdrawal period / the order cannot be completed].
Where the right of withdrawal may be exercised, the Buyer shall send the withdrawal notice before the period expires, in writing or via a durable medium, to info@nodaform.com, to the KEP address [KEP ADDRESS] or to the address [ADDRESS]. Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the Seller shall refund the full amount collected, using the payment method the Buyer used for payment and without imposing any charges.
Even where no right of withdrawal exists, the Buyer may benefit from the cancellation and refund options offered by the Seller in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
Article 8 — Cancellation and termination of the subscription
- The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the term already paid for, and the Buyer continues to use all features of the plan until the end of the term.
- When the term ends, the account moves to the Free plan. Plans are not deleted; projects exceeding the Free plan limit remain read-only.
- Refunds for partial terms and the refund rules applicable to yearly subscriptions are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Terms.
- The Seller may terminate the agreement if the Buyer seriously breaches the Terms of Use.
Article 9 — Obligations of the parties
- Before placing the order, the Buyer confirms electronically that they have read the Pre-Information Form and have been informed of the key characteristics of the service, its price, the payment method and the right of withdrawal.
- The Buyer is obliged to protect their account details and password and to use the service in accordance with the Terms of Use.

Article 11 — Records as evidence
In disputes between the parties, the Seller's electronic records, order and consent records and email correspondence may be used as evidence under Code of Civil Procedure No. 6100. This provision does not limit the Buyer's right to prove their case by any means of evidence or their rights under consumer legislation.
Article 12 — Dispute resolution
For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade.
