Business floor plan software, with team licences.
Open a business account for your architecture firm or company, invite your team by email and assign everyone who draws floor plans the licence for the plan they need. Your licences are combined in one subscription with one renewal date; your company name and tax ID appear on the invoice.
- One renewal dateAll licences renew on the same day.
- Mixed plansPlus, Pro and Ultimate in the same team.
- Volume discountThe more licences, the bigger the discount.
- Invoice with company detailsYour company name and tax ID are on the invoice.
Set up a business account in four steps
The team owner is the business account; your teammates join with their own personal accounts. A licence is assigned to a person; everyone draws their floor plans in their own account.
- 01
Sign up as a business
Enter your company name and country; tax ID and billing address are optional. Your team is created automatically under your company name.
- 02
Invite your team
Enter your teammates' email addresses. The invitation is valid for 14 days; it can only be accepted with the invited address, using an account with a verified email.
- 03
Buy licences
Choose how many Plus, Pro and Ultimate licences you need; pay monthly or yearly. All licences are combined in one subscription.
- 04
Assign licences
Give a licence to each person, yourself included. As soon as a licence is assigned, all the features of the plan are unlocked on that person's account.
A multi-user team licence, from one panel
When someone joins the office, someone leaves or the work grows, you change licences in a few clicks under My account › Team. Who uses which licence is shown in one list.
Just the plan each person needs
Ultimate for the architect who draws floor plans, Plus for the project manager who reviews them. Plus, Pro and Ultimate licences can be mixed in the same team; you don't have to buy the most expensive plan for everyone.
A leaver's licence goes to the newcomer
When someone leaves the team, their licence becomes free; you assign it to the newcomer and don't buy a new one. You can also transfer a licence directly from one person to another. A licence can change hands at most 3 times in 30 days; the first assignment doesn't count.
Add licences as the team grows
The new licence is added to the same subscription. You pay only for the remaining days of this term; from the next renewal, all licences renew on the same date.
Reduce licences if needed
You pick the licences to release one by one. Released licences stay active until the end of the term you've paid for, and the next renewal is made with fewer licences. The amount paid is not refunded.
Projects stay in the office
When you remove a member from the team, you can transfer the projects they created after joining the team, together with their shares, to your own account; your account needs enough space for this. The projects of someone who leaves of their own accord stay with them.
Company details on the invoice
Your company name, tax ID and billing address appear on the invoice issued by our payment provider Paddle. You update the details under My account › Company details.
Licence dates in one calendar
Even if you buy licences on different days, each one doesn't get its own end date. All team licences are in the same subscription and renew on the same day; for a licence added mid-month, only the remaining days are charged.
- When you add a licence, you see the amount first; the cost of the remaining part of the term is charged right away.
- When you reduce licences, the charge for this term doesn't change; the next renewal amount is shown before you confirm.
- The volume discount is applied again at every renewal, based on your total number of licences.
Calculate team licence pricing
A team licence costs the same as the personal plan; a volume discount applies as your total number of licences grows. Prices include taxes; the final amount is shown in the checkout window.

Business account and team licence rules
So there are no surprises with team licences, the rules are clear up front. All payments and invoices go through Paddle; Paddle takes the payment as the seller and issues the invoice.
- A person can be in only one team at a time.
- The projects of a person whose licence ends are not deleted; their account continues with their own plan.
- You cancel the subscription at the end of the term; licences stay active until then. You close the team after the licences have ended.
- If you will use a licence too, assign one to yourself; if you don't, your account works on the Free plan.

Frequently asked questions about the business account
Can I convert my personal account into a business account?
A personal account doesn't switch to a business account on its own. You open a business account with a new registration; if you want to convert your existing account, write to Support and we'll look into it together.
Which features does a team licence unlock?
All the features of the plan you assign to the person are unlocked. Plus: 3D of all floors, electrical and plumbing, section, elevation and drawing sheets; Pro: in addition, the AI assistant, render, DXF, quantity take-off and shared editing; Ultimate: also BIM, IFC and voltage calculation. AI assistant and render allowances are per person. The full list of plans is on the Pricing page.
Do my teammates need to open a business account too?
No. The team owner is the business account; your teammates join with their own personal accounts via the invitation link. Someone without an account creates a new one from the invitation.
Can I change the number of licences later?
Yes. When you add a licence, the cost of the remaining part of the term is charged right away. When you reduce licences, the released licences stay active until the end of the term you've paid for and the next renewal is made with fewer licences; the amount paid is not refunded.
How is the volume discount calculated?
It's based on the total number of licences in the team; Plus, Pro and Ultimate are counted together. From a certain number upwards, a percentage discount is applied to the subscription amount and applies at every renewal. If you add licences and move up to a higher tier, the discount increases immediately; if you reduce licences and drop below a tier, it falls from the next term. The current tiers are listed in the price calculator on this page.
What happens to a member's projects when they leave the team?
When you remove a member, you can transfer the projects they created after joining the team, together with their shares, to your own account. The projects of a member who leaves of their own accord stay in their own account. The projects of a person whose licence ends are not deleted; projects exceeding the project limit of their plan open as read-only.
Can the team owner see members' projects?
No. Each person keeps their projects in their own account; you only see who is using which licence. To see a plan or edit it together, the owner of that plan shares it with you.
Can I change the plan or the billing period of a licence?
A licence's plan can't be changed directly: you add licences of the new plan and reduce the old one. The monthly or yearly term is the same for the whole team; to change it, you cancel the subscription at the end of the term and buy the licences again with the new term.
Can team members work on the same plan?
Yes. When you share a plan, you give each person view, comment or edit access; Editor access is on Pro and Ultimate. An editor changes and saves the same plan on their own computer; there are no live cursors or instant sync.
Can a business account use discount codes?
No. Discount codes, sign-up campaigns and free renders are for personal accounts; on a business account, the discount comes as a volume discount based on the total number of licences.
